Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 77bmw ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the 77bmw website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services. These Terms apply to all users who access or use any part of the 77bmw platform, whether as a registered member or as an unregistered visitor.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the 77bmw platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account if one exists.

Eligibility

• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 77bmw or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one account on the 77bmw platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 77bmw support immediately.
• 77bmw may at any time require you to verify your identity by submitting documentation (such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities or account closure.
• 77bmw reserves the right to close dormant accounts (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months). Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be treated in accordance with applicable law and the platform's dormant account policy.

Deposits and Withdrawals

77bmw supports deposits and withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the cashier page, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may change and the current list is always reflected in the cashier section. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your 77bmw wallet balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 77bmw does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated in the cashier section. 77bmw may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
• Players may only withdraw funds that have been legitimately deposited and wagered. Any balance derived from fraudulent activity, payment chargebacks, or abuse of the bonus system is not eligible for withdrawal and may be forfeited entirely.
• All currency transactions on 77bmw are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Amounts displayed in any other currency are indicative only and actual settlement is in BDT.
• 77bmw is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, network outages, or other factors outside the platform's direct control. In the event of a disputed transaction, players should contact support with full transaction details.

77bmw operates a single-wallet system. There are no separate sub-wallets for different game categories. Your account balance is unified and available for use across all games and betting markets on the platform simultaneously.

Bonuses and Promotions

77bmw offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only. The following general bonus rules apply across all 77bmw promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on the promotions page for each individual offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. They may not be exchanged for real money directly; they must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement first.
• 77bmw reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and where the player has already commenced wagering.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using software to manipulate game outcomes — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once using different accounts or identities constitutes fraud.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77bmw platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or to conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity. 77bmw is committed to preventing financial crime and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process. This includes using another person's identity or payment account.

77bmw's determination of whether a player has engaged in prohibited conduct is based on the totality of available evidence and is final. Players who believe a determination has been made in error may appeal by contacting support with supporting documentation within 14 days of the relevant decision.

Responsible Gaming

77bmw is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its duty to protect vulnerable players. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 77bmw account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77bmw platform — including but not limited to the 77bmw brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary property of 77bmw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right in or licence to any 77bmw intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, or create derivative works of any 77bmw content without prior written permission from 77bmw. Unauthorised use of any 77bmw intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bmw's total liability to any player in connection with the platform and services shall be limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 77bmw shall not be liable for the following categories of loss under any circumstances:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Any loss caused by events beyond 77bmw's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet infrastructure failure, power outages, or actions of third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from errors or omissions in game software provided by third-party studios, provided that 77bmw has taken reasonable steps to ensure the software is sourced from certified providers.

Account Suspension and Termination

77bmw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following are examples of circumstances in which account action may be taken, but this list is not exhaustive:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or responsible gaming obligations.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or any other conduct that is harmful to the platform, its players, or its payment partners.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under self-exclusion. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Privacy

Amendments to These Terms
